How do I connect my Etsy shop?

Sign in, open Connect Etsy in the sidebar, and press Connect to Etsy. You'll be sent to Etsy's own secure sign-in (OAuth 2.0) to approve access — Listawok never sees your Etsy password. After approving, your listings can be imported with one click.

Will Listawok change my listings without asking?

Never. AI suggestions are drafts only. A change reaches your live Etsy shop only when you explicitly review and approve it — there is no auto-publishing of any kind.

How do I disconnect my shop or delete my data?

Go to Connect Etsy → Disconnect. Your access tokens are deleted immediately, and you can optionally purge all imported data at the same time. Full steps and timelines are on the Data Deletion page.

What data does Listawok access?

Only what's needed: your shop info, listings, and (for the analytics dashboard) your order history. The exact scopes and how data is stored and encrypted are documented in the Privacy Policy.

Is Listawok affiliated with Etsy?

No. Listawok is an independent tool that uses Etsy's official Open API v3. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
