Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data. There are two levels of deletion: disconnecting your Etsy shop (removes our access and, optionally, all imported Etsy data) and deleting your Listawok account (removes everything).

Disconnect your Etsy shop

  1. Sign in to Listawok.
  2. Go to Connect Etsy in the sidebar.
  3. Select the shop and press Disconnect.
  4. Choose whether to also purge all imported Etsy data (listings, orders, analytics) immediately.

What happens: your Etsy OAuth tokens are deleted immediately — Listawok can no longer access your shop. If you chose to purge, all imported Etsy data (listings, orders, transactions, payment-ledger entries, and analytics snapshots) is permanently deleted at the same time. If you didn't purge, that data is kept only so you can reconnect later; you can request its deletion at any time and it is permanently removed within 30 days.

You can additionally revoke Listawok's access from Etsy's side at any time under Etsy.com → Account settings → Security → Connected apps.

Delete your Listawok account

  1. Email support@listawok.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account".
  2. We confirm the request and permanently delete your account, shops, listings, orders, analytics, templates, and team memberships.

Timeline: deletion is completed within 30 days of your request (usually much sooner). Backups expire on their own rotation shortly after. We confirm by email when it is done.

For any data access, correction, export, or deletion request — including under GDPR or CCPA — email support@listawok.com. We respond within 30 days.
